Daisy is a rare find to the realty world! We were extremely fortunate to have had her by our side in 2013 as we had a very tight timeline. We were also very fortunate to find an amazing home in The Glens. Daisy wanted us to get every dime out of our purchase price and so, along with her normal duties as realtor, also took on the gigantic task of finding, coordinating and managing all of the inspections, over and above the required. In addition to the regular inspections, we had a structural engineer inspection, an energy audit, 2 roof inspections, a landscaping inspection, etc. etc. Daisy is also an excellent communicator and top notch negotiator, which came in handy when things got sticky for us with the sellers. She went above and beyond the call of duty, allowing us to sail through the purchasing process. As the cherry on top, when we met for closing, she handed us a set of keys, as she had just had the locks changed for us. Absolutely incredible! She has a rare capacity for detail, thoroughness and accuracy, and takes on her client’s purchase as if it were her own. I highly recommend her services.
