Daisy Talleur-Zeer
I specialize in residential and investment properties and enjoy helping buyers and sellers make educated decisions in today’s ever changing market. Originally from Maui, I have a great respect and love for the environment. That is why I have chosen to work as a certified EcoBroker, helping to educate my clients about the environmental issues that pertain to Real Estate.
What better way to save money, and help the environment than to begin with our own homes?
I am also a C.R.I.S. "Certified Residential Investor Specialist." As an investor myself, I know how to find a good deal. I have managed the rehabbing of several homes and learned much about the inner makings and systems of a house. This along with my Ecobroker training, have given me insight as to the many simple ways to make the elements of a home healthier, more energy-efficient and therefore more cost-effective.
I began my Real Estate career in 2001 in San Diego, CA where I learned how to ride the waves of a changing market. When my husband Darrin and I made our move to Colorado in 2007, we made it our fun-filled mission to get to know the ins and outs of both the Colorado Springs and Denver areas. We are both yoga and nature enthusiasts, and enjoy the beauty and hiking trails of Colorado.
I’ve met and worked with some fantastic people and am constantly sharpening my skills as a knowledgeable real estate agent you can count on.
